Dear visitors of the National Museum of Lithuania,
Feedback is an important part of any venture. It is only being aware of how you are perceived that you can try to improve, be better, offer new ideas, move forward and keep pace with time and the modern world.
The National Museum of Lithuania and its branches are carrying out a research aimed to find out the visitors’ opinion about the exhibitions, guided tours and educational activities. We also invite you to leave your feedback about the museum services, exhibitions, publicity and the general condition of the museum’s buildings.
The results of this research will help the National Museum of Lithuania assess its weaknesses and strengths, better understand the visitors’ needs and improve its activity accordingly.
Filling out the questionnaire will take you five minutes, and in reward, the National Museum of Lithuania will award 20 lucky winners with valuable publications.
The questionnaire is anonymous and confidential, and the generalized answers will be used in preparing the analysis of the museum’s activity. If you wish to try and win a publication, we kindly ask you to leave your contact details.
The questionnaire can be found HERE.
The questionnaire is also available at the ticket offices of all branches of the National Museum of Lithuania: the New and the Old Arsenal, the Bastion of the Vilnius Defensive Wall, the Kazys Varnelis House-Museum, the Gediminas Castle Tower, Jonas Basanavičius’s birthplace, Vincas Kudirka’s Museum, and Jonas Šliūpas’s memorial homestead.
