| museum employees; members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM); members of artist associations, the Lithuanian Association of Art Historians, the International Association of Art Critics, the Lithuanian Association of Archaeologists, the Lithuanian Guide Union, and the Lithuanian Journalist Union; students of Vilnius Art School for Children and Youth; friends and benefactors of the museum (upon the submission of an appropriate document); |
| cadets and conscripts from General Jonas Zemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania; |
| soldiers of the Lithuanian Grand Duke Gediminas Headquarters Battalion; |
| pre-school children; |
| residents of children care homes and socially supported children; |
| the handicapped and their accompanying persons; |
| teachers and the groups of schoolchildren under their guidance (from September 1 to May 31). |

| Guided tours are available in the Lithuanian, Russian and English languages. |
| Guided tours in a foreign language must be ordered in advance by phone or e-mail. |
| Taking pictures or filming is permitted only with the consent of the museum administration. |
| The tours in the museum are only led by the museum tour guides or the tour guides from the institution with which the museum has concluded an appropriate agreement. |
